Creator Programme Policy

Rules and expectations for creators in the PromptPal Creator Academy, including training, content briefs, points, affiliate commission, and prizes.

1. Purpose

This Creator Programme Policy summarizes the operating rules for invited creators. It is intended to be read together with the Creator Terms and Privacy Policy.

2. Creator expectations

Creators should complete the required training, understand PromptPal's strategy and product truthfully, follow brief requirements, create original content in their own voice, and disclose their PromptPal relationship clearly.

3. Content standards

Content must be accurate, non-deceptive, lawful, and respectful. Do not invent product claims, metrics, customer outcomes, or competitor comparisons unless PromptPal has provided those claims in writing.

4. Rewards and review

Points, tier status, affiliate commissions, and prize eligibility depend on qualifying activity, review outcomes, fraud checks, and current programme rules shown in the Creator Academy.
