Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and invite-only access

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the PromptPal Creator Platform. The programme is invite-only, and applying through the public form does not guarantee access.

Each person may hold only one Creator Academy account. Sharing accounts, creating duplicate accounts, or allowing another person to access your account is prohibited.

2. The creator programme

The Creator Platform helps invited creators learn PromptPal's product and strategy, understand AI prompting and context engineering, create authentic user-generated content about PromptPal, and earn academy points, affiliate commission, and monthly prizes through eligible participation.

Access to content briefs is conditional on completing relevant training modules. Briefs are guidelines that creators should adapt to their own authentic voice while following required elements and brand rules.

3. Content submission and review

To submit content, you must post it publicly, provide the live post URL, include caption text where relevant, upload a screenshot when requested, confirm that required brief elements are present, and follow disclosure requirements.

PromptPal reviews submissions for brief completion, brand accuracy, disclosure compliance, quality, authenticity, and prohibited content. Rejected submissions may be revised and resubmitted, but review decisions are final.

4. Advertising disclosure requirements

Your participation in the Creator Platform is a material connection to PromptPal and must be clearly disclosed in sponsored, affiliate, or partnership content.

On X/Twitter, include #ad or a clear partnership disclosure in the first post. On Instagram, use the Paid Partnership label or a prominent #ad/#sponsored disclosure. On TikTok, enable the promotional content toggle and include #ad in the caption.

You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising laws and platform rules in your jurisdiction.

5. Brand guidelines and content standards

Approved content must reference PromptPal by name, include your unique affiliate link or the relevant PromptPal tag, and satisfy the required elements in the brief.

You may accurately describe PromptPal as a tool that helps people write better prompts, save and reuse prompts, organize prompts into collections and workspaces, and improve AI output quality through better context engineering.

• Do not make false or misleading claims about PromptPal.
• Do not invent user numbers, revenue figures, or performance statistics.
• Do not disparage competitors or present sponsored content as neutral editorial content.
• Do not use unauthorized third-party copyrighted material, music, images, or trademarks.
• Do not use your creator affiliation for unrelated promotions.

6. Academy points, tiers, and leaderboard

Academy points may be earned for completing lessons, passing quizzes, completing modules, receiving approval on content submissions, earning a first approved post bonus, and generating qualifying affiliate conversions.

Current baseline values are 20 points for a completed lesson, 30 points for passing a quiz on the first attempt or 15 points on a later attempt, 50 bonus points for completing a module, 100 points for a first approved post, brief-specific points for approved content, and 150 points for a qualifying affiliate conversion.

Starter covers 0 to 499 points, Rising Creator covers 500 to 1,999 points, and Pro Creator starts at 2,000 points. PromptPal may update tier thresholds and benefits with notice to active creators.

7. Affiliate programme

After onboarding, eligible creators receive a unique affiliate code and link. When a new user visits PromptPal through that link and subscribes to a paid plan within the attribution window, the conversion may be credited to the creator.

The current programme target is 30% of net subscription revenue, recurring monthly for up to 12 months for the attributed conversion, with a $50 USD minimum payout threshold. PromptPal may modify future commission terms with notice.

• Self-referrals are prohibited.
• Incentivized clicks, cookie stuffing, bot-generated conversions, and paid search bidding on PromptPal brand terms are prohibited.
• PromptPal may withhold or reverse commissions when fraud, refunds, chargebacks, or policy violations are suspected.

8. Intellectual property and creator content

PromptPal owns the Creator Academy materials, training content, brief templates, brand assets, software, and related intellectual property.

You retain ownership of the content you publish. By submitting content for review, you grant PromptPal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, share, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content for PromptPal promotional and training purposes, with creator credit unless you request otherwise.

9. Confidentiality and relationship

Creators may receive non-public information about PromptPal products, upcoming features, business plans, or user data. You must keep that information confidential and use it only for Creator Platform participation.

Your participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship. You are responsible for taxes, required registrations, and accurate payment details for commissions or prizes.

10. Term and termination

You may end participation by contacting creators@promptpal.app. PromptPal may suspend or terminate your creator account for Terms violations, brand guideline breaches, fraudulent affiliate activity, 90 days of inactivity after notice, harmful conduct, or legal requirements.

After termination, Creator Academy access ends, brand-asset licenses end, your affiliate link may be deactivated, and you must remove claims of current association with the Creator Platform from your profiles within 7 days.

11. Disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and disputes

The Creator Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptPal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or lost business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify PromptPal for claims arising from your Terms violations, content submissions, advertising disclosure failures, fraud, misrepresentation, or third-party claims related to your content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and legal proceedings not resolved informally are subject to the courts of Nigeria, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
